User Agreement
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Isaeva Yulia Aleksandrovna (the "Operator") and any person using the website https://edriveexpo.ru/ (the "Website").
By using the Website in any manner—including browsing its pages, subscribing to newsletters, purchasing tickets, or submitting an application to participate in the exhibition as an Exhibitor—the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in full. If the User does not agree with any provision of this Agreement, they must immediately discontinue using the Website.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Website means the Internet resource located at https://edriveexpo.ru/, including all of its pages and sections.
1.2. Operator means Individual Entrepreneur Isaeva Yulia Aleksandrovna, the organizer of the EDrive event.
1.3. User means any legally competent individual or legal entity that visits the Website and/or uses its functionality.
1.4. Event means the EDrive exhibition organized by the Operator on the dates and at the venue specified on the Website.
1.5. Exhibitor means a User who submits an application through the Website to participate in the Event as an exhibitor.
1.6. Ticketing Service Provider means the third-party ticketing platform ticketscloud.ru, through which tickets for the Event are sold and distributed.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Operator provides the User with access to the Website's functionality, including obtaining information about the Event, subscribing to the newsletter, accessing ticket purchase services, and submitting an application to participate as an Exhibitor.
2.2. The Website is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, except where expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement.
2.3. This Agreement constitutes a single document governing the use of the Website by all categories of Users, including visitors, newsletter subscribers, ticket purchasers, and Exhibitors.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties3.1. The User has the right to:
freely access and review the information published on the Website;
subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time;
submit an application to participate in the Event as an Exhibitor;
contact the Operator using the contact details provided on the Website regarding matters related to the Event.
3.2. The User undertakes to:
provide accurate information when completing forms on the Website (including participation applications and newsletter subscriptions);
refrain from taking any actions intended to disrupt the operation of the Website;
refrain from using the Website's materials in any manner that violates the laws of the Russian Federation.
3.3. The Operator has the right to:
modify the content, structure, and functionality of the Website without prior notice to Users;
reject any application to participate in the Event without providing reasons;
change the dates, venue, or program of the Event, provided that such changes are announced on the Website.
3.4. The Operator undertakes to:
maintain the operation of the Website to the extent reasonably expected of an informational online resource;
review inquiries received from Users through the contact details provided on the Website;
process Users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Event Tickets
4.1. Tickets for the Event are purchased through the third-party Ticketing Service Provider, ticketscloud.ru, which is accessible via a link on the Website.
4.2. All matters relating to the purchase, payment, refund, and use of tickets are governed by the terms and conditions (including the User Agreement and/or Public Offer) of ticketscloud.ru, which the User is responsible for reviewing independently during the purchase process.
4.3. The Operator is not a party to the ticket purchase agreement and shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of the Ticketing Service Provider, including payment processing procedures and refund arrangements.
5. Participation in the Event as an Exhibitor
5.1. To participate in the Event as an Exhibitor, the User shall complete an application form on the Website, providing contact information, details about the company and its products, as well as the specifications of the exhibition stand.
5.2. Submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the Event. The Operator shall review the application and contact the User to discuss the terms of participation, including the commercial terms, which shall be determined in a separate agreement between the Operator and the Exhibitor.
5.3. The terms of participation (including participation fees, payment procedures, exhibition stand construction, and other related matters) shall be governed by a separate agreement concluded between the Operator and the Exhibitor after the application has been approved and are not subject to this Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All text, graphic, photographic, and video materials published on the Website, including the name "EDrive" and its logo, are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws of the Russian Federation, regardless of whether they have been registered as trademarks.
6.2. Any use of the Website's materials, including but not limited to copying, distribution, reproduction, modification, or adaptation, in whole or in part, without the Operator's prior written consent is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation.
6.3. The logos of partners and media partners displayed on the Website are the property of their respective rights holders and are used with their permission.
7. Liability
7.1. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the Website caused by technical failures, hosting provider maintenance, or other circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
7.2. The Operator shall not be responsible for the content or accuracy of information published on third-party websites linked from the Website, including ticketscloud.ru and the websites of partners and media partners.
7.3. The User shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of any information provided when submitting an application or subscribing to the newsletter.
7.4. Any liability of the Parties not expressly governed by this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
8. Personal Data Processing
8.1. The processing of the User's personal data through the Website shall be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
9. Amendments to the Agreement
9.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice to the User.
9.2. The current version of this Agreement shall be published on the Website at https://edriveexpo.ru/agreement_en and shall become effective upon its publication.
9.3. Continued use of the Website after any amendments have been published shall constitute the User's acceptance of the revised version of this Agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Any disputes or disagreements arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
10.2. If the Parties fail to resolve a dispute through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered place of business, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
11.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11.3. Any matters not expressly governed by this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

4.3. The Operator is not a party to the ticket purchase agreement and shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of the Ticketing Service Provider, including payment processing procedures and refund arrangements.
5. Participation in the Event as an Exhibitor
5.1. To participate in the Event as an Exhibitor, the User shall complete an application form on the Website, providing contact information, details about the company and its products, as well as the specifications of the exhibition stand.
5.2. Submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the Event. The Operator shall review the application and contact the User to discuss the terms of participation, including the commercial terms, which shall be determined in a separate agreement between the Operator and the Exhibitor.
5.3. The terms of participation (including participation fees, payment procedures, exhibition stand construction, and other related matters) shall be governed by a separate agreement concluded between the Operator and the Exhibitor after the application has been approved and are not subject to this Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
