Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
This Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) is provided in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” to Individual Entrepreneur Isaeva Yulia Aleksandrovna (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
I, the data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interests, hereby provide the Operator with this Consent to the processing of my personal data under the terms set forth below.
1. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
1.1. The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:
informing the User by sending email messages;
processing inquiries, applications, and requests submitted through forms on the Website;
providing feedback to the User regarding matters related to the Event and the activities of the Operator;
processing applications to participate in the Event as an Exhibitor;
fulfilling the Operator’s obligations established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Categories of Personal Data
2.1. Depending on the specific form on the Website, the Operator may process the following personal data provided by the User:
surname, first name, and patronymic;
email address;
telephone number;
year, month, and date of birth;
place of birth;
other personal data that the User voluntarily provides in the relevant form on the Website, if their processing is necessary for the stated purpose.
2.2. The scope and amount of personal data processed shall correspond to the stated purposes of processing. Excessive personal data shall not be processed.
3. Operations Performed with Personal Data
3.1. I hereby consent to the Operator performing the following operations with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
3.2. Personal data may be processed using automated means, as well as without the use of such means.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
4.1. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and shall not transfer personal data to third parties without an appropriate legal basis.
4.2. The transfer of personal data is permitted in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as to persons engaged by the Operator to fulfill its obligations to the User, where such transfer is necessary to achieve the relevant processing purpose.
4.3. Information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication services, and other service providers, may be processed by the respective operators in accordance with their user agreements and privacy policies.
5. Period of Personal Data Processing
5.1. The period of personal data processing shall be determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the data were collected, unless a different period is established by a contract or by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. Upon achievement of the processing purposes, personal data shall be destroyed or anonymized unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
6.1. I have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time.
6.2. To withdraw this Consent, I must send a notice to the Operator by email to runningcool1340@gmail.com, with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.”
6.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out prior to its withdrawal.
6.4. In cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Operator may continue processing personal data without the consent of the data subject where there is an appropriate legal basis.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
7.1. I understand that I have the right to obtain information regarding the processing of my personal data, request that such data be corrected, blocked, or destroyed in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, withdraw this Consent, submit a request to cease the processing of personal data, and exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. Procedure for Providing Consent
8.1. I provide this Consent voluntarily by checking the appropriate checkbox in the relevant form on the Website and clicking the form submission button.
